GRE: math 162 verbal 152 writing 3.5 TOEFL: reading 25 listening 19 speaking 17 writing 25 Tutoring Subjects: Chinese language, literature and culture, especially writing in Chinese, no matter it is an academic paper or a fresh article in any pattern of literature. Speaking is also my favorite. tutoring experience: I had a lady student around 35-year old. The aim was to improve her communication skill in Mandarin. We had lessons every Saturday which lasted over a year until I graduated from the University of Macau. We built a great friendship and shared warm memory so that she tried to persuade me to be her staff finally. Her capacity of speaking Mandarin improved obviously. The reason to be a tutor may be that I wish people could know Chinese language and get information about China directly by themselves, and then shape their own opinions about it. Also, as an English learner, I know very much about the difficulties in the process of learning a foreign language, therefore I wish I could share my knowledge and methods with others.
