I am currently located in Brookline, MA and I attended Emerson College. I lived in Korea for approximately three years where I taught the English language to Korean students. While teaching in Korea, I prepared my students for tests, helped them write essays, helped them get comfortable with public speaking and debate. I believe that learning should be fun. I believe that enthusiasm motivates students. I have very strong communication skills and motivate my students to become individual thinkers. I know that no two students are alike. Because of this, I am flexible with my teaching plans. I tailor each lesson to each individual student I work with. I have noticed that my students always excel in their writing while they are working with me as their tutor. Their writing work always stands out. This is because I work closely with them to make sure their writing is up to par. I believe that I connect with my students. In turn, they are engaged and dedicated to succeeding. When I am not tutoring, I can be found dabbling in my interests of art, film, and screen printing.
